Membership Privileges. Upon payment of Membership Fees in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, Owner shall be entitled, for a period of one (1) year from the Effective Date: (a) for purposes of its oil pollution emergency plan (as referred to in the Act) to identify Western Canada Marine Response as the response organization with which Owner has an arrangement in Western Canada Marine Response’s GAR; and (b) upon the occurrence of a spill of Oil on water within Western Canada Marine Response’s GAR to request Western Canada Marine Response to respond and provide Marine Spill Response Services.
Membership Privileges. Upon payment of Membership Fees in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, Operator shall be entitled for a period of one (1) year from the Effective Date: (a) for purposes of an oil pollution emergency plan (as referred to in the Act), to identify WCMRC as the response organization with which Operator has an arrangement for its Member Oil Handling Facilities in WCMRC’s GAR; and (b) upon the occurrence of a spill of Oil on water within WCMRC’s GAR, to request WCMRC to respond and provide Marine Spill Response Services.
Membership Privileges. Upon payment of Membership Fees in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, Owner shall be entitled: (a) for purposes of its oil pollution emergency plan (as referred to in the Act) prepared in relation to the Ship, to identify each response organization of the Response Organization Group as the response organizations with which Owner has an arrangement in Response Organization Group's geographic area of response for the Ship; and (b) upon the occurrence of a spill of Oil on waters within the Response Organization Group’s geographic area of response to request the response organization in whose geographic area of response the spills occurs (the “Applicable Response Organization”) to respond and provide Marine Spill Response Services. Where two response organizations are requested to provide Marine Spill Response Services concurrently, each shall, subject to Section 9.2 (e), be an Applicable Response Organization for purposes of this Agreement.
Membership Privileges. A membership is effective for one calendar year from the Effective Date and is renewed as provided below in section D. Membership includes notices of all meetings, reviews, symposia, and prepublications regarding selected Program Areas along with newsletters and notices of workshops and short courses and a right to reasonable technical discussion with faculty members in selected Program Areas. Upon the approval of IPRIME’S Planning and Policy Board, the UNIVERSITY may change the amount of the membership fees, the terms of membership or both.

In either case NPI/IPN’s role will be cited on the inside cover. • Full French translation where reasonably necessary and appropriate. • The ability to draw on a professional researcher (in ½ day increments) up to a maximum of: o Platinum Membership: 45 days o Gold Membership: 30 days o Silver Membership: 15 days o Bronze Membership: 5 days o Basic Membership: 2 days These days can be booked as a block or in a series of blocks and can be used for one project or for several. At the member’s discretion subject to NPI/IPN agreement on the project proposal. Where the project involves primary data collection in any form (including, but not limited to, surveys, focus groups, key informant interviews, public sessions, workshops, etc.) NPI/IPN commits to consulting with the Member as to the representativeness of the organizations or individuals selected to participate and the questions to be used. Where NPI/IPN has such concerns, every effort will be made to reach an accommodation with the Member before their participation is restricted. In situations where no accommodation can be reached between the Member and NPI/IPN, and the Member is not prepared to remove themselves or their associates from the process, membership refunds may be considered and granted on a case-by-case basis. NPI/IPN and the Member will treat all draft materials and project correspondence as private and confidential. Access to draft materials and project correspondence received by the Member will be restricted to senior staff or senior volunteers of the Member, or other designated parties as agreed upon in writing between NPI/IPN and the Member. Such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld.
