MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE. Members agree to abide by the responsibilities as laid out in their respective membership status. Member sites are those that provide major training rotations 40 hours per week and contribute to the financial costs of the Consortium based on the number of interns at their location(s). Each site request is reviewed and approved by the Executive Committee.
MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE. Except for matters relating to cyber security, the Corporation shall ensure:
(a) open access to membership in the Corporation, including access by all sizes of entities from all sectors of the economy;
(b) equal access to funding for Eligible Projects irrespective of membership class; and
(c) that all Members may propose and participate in Eligible Projects.

1. Voting Members (Recommended List: Participating Local Governments to Decide) • 1 or 2 representatives appointed by the county (can be commissioners) • 1 representative appointed from the public health department • 1 representative from the county human services department • 1 representative appointed from law enforcement within region (sheriff, police, local city or town district attorney, etc.) • 1 representative appointed from a municipal or county court system within region • 1-3 representatives (total) appointed by the cities within the county (or other city or cities agreed upon) (can be councilmembers and mayors) • Such other representatives as participating counties/cities agree on (not to include providers who may be recipients of funds)
MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE. The membership structure of Granite, LLC at the Effective date is 34% owned by Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, 46% owned by Xxx Xxxxx, and 20% owned by Xxxxxx Xxxxx. All Membership Interests are fully paid and non-assessable, have not been assigned, pledged or hypothecated, and are free of all liens, claims and encumbrances.

MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE. The nine AC curricula pathways identified below are available for schools in all states to adopt in 2018-19 without incurring network access participation fees. However, there are expenses associated with teacher and support team training, supplies, equipment and assessment.
