Common use of Memorandum of Lease Amendment Clause in Contracts

Memorandum of Lease Amendment. Concurrently with the execution of this Amendment, the parties shall execute and acknowledge a memorandum of this Amendment in substantially the form of the attached Schedule 3.9 (the “Memorandum of Lease Amendment”), which Lessor shall cause to be recorded in the Official Records of San Mateo County, California.
