Mental Health Unit of Service means one (1) minute of contact with the Client which results in a record of a therapeutic experience in a Client’s chart.
Mental Health Unit refers to any MDOC unit in any of the correctional facilities that includes as one of its primary goals the treatment of prisoners with serious mental illness, which includes, but is not limited to, the Secure Treatment Units, the Intensive Treatment Unit, the Intensive Stabilization Unit, and the Residential Treatment Unit.
Mental Health Unit. Security Professionals shall be assigned to the Mental Health Unit 24/7 and prevent any unauthorized access into and out of the unit. Security will patrol the unit and guard the entryway as needed to prevent flight risk of involuntary committed patients.
