Merchant Acceptance Sample Clauses
Merchant Acceptance. This Agreement includes all of the terms and conditions contained on the front and back of this Agreement. This Agreement is not valid and binding until signed by an authorized manager of EZCheck. Merchant authorizes EZCheck or agent of EZCheck, or any credit reporting agency used by EZCheck, to make whatever inquiries that EZCheck deems appropriate to investigate, verify or research references, statements or data obtained from Merchant for the purpose of this application or any application for accompanying POS terminal(s) or equipment financing.
Merchant Acceptance. Clearent retains the right to (i) review, and approve or disapprove, entering into Merchant Agreements with Merchants referred by Partner hereunder and (ii) terminate any Merchant Agreement
Merchant Acceptance. You may use your Prepaid Card to purchase goods or services from most merchants that accept UnionPay cards, subject to your Available Prepaid Card Balance, the terms of this Agreement and merchant acceptance. We are not responsible for the refusal by any merchant to accept or honor your Prepaid Card, even if they are a member of the UnionPay network.
