Merchant Regulations. The Merchant Regulations set forth the policies and procedures of our standard American Express Card acceptance program. The provisions of this Schedule A describe the different terms that apply to you under the American Express OnePoint Program and take precedence over the corresponding provisions of the Merchant Regulations. For example, since Entities classified in certain industries do not qualify for, or certain fees or assessments do not apply in, the American Express OnePoint Program, references in the Merchant Regulations to those industries, fees or assessments may not apply to you.
