Merchant Use and Disclosure of BIN Information. 3.1 Processor or Merchant Bank may provide BIN information or other product-identifying data to the Merchant or its Service Provider solely for purposes of identifying Visa or MasterCard Card product types at the point of sale. Processor or Merchant Bank must provide this Visa BIN information to any Merchant requesting it for the permitted purpose.
