Merchant's Security Codes obligations a. The Merchant acknowledges and agrees that it is solely responsible for maintaining adequate security and control of any and all IDs, passwords or other security codes (collectively, the “Security Codes”) that are issued to the Merchant by PayPal or the Acquiring Institution. b. The Merchant agrees to restrict use of, and access to, the Merchant’s Security Codes to the Merchant’s employees, agents or contractors as may be reasonably necessary to allow Merchant to use any applicable Service and to ensure that such persons comply with the provisions set out in this Schedule or the other security advice provided to the Merchant by PayPal or the Acquiring Institution (as the case may be).
