Common use of Merger Agreement Conditions Clause in Contracts

Merger Agreement Conditions. All of the conditions set forth in Sections 6.1 and 6.2 of the Merger Agreement have been satisfied or waived, other than the condition set forth in Section 6.2(b) of the Merger Agreement relating to the performance of Chateau and Merger Sub under this Agreement.
