Common use of Merger; Amendment Clause in Contracts

Merger; Amendment. This Agreement shall not be considered an offer by either party, and it shall not be effective until signed by both parties. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and merges all prior communications, understandings, and agreements. This Agreement may be modified only by a written agreement signed by the parties.
