Common use of Merger; Amendment Clause in Contracts

Merger; Amendment. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the terms and conditions of Executive's employment with the Company, and may be changed, extended or modified only by an agreement in writing signed by the parties.

Merger; Amendment. This Agreement constitutes is the entire complete agreement between the parties with respect to the terms Products and conditions of Executive's employment with the CompanyServices furnished hereunder and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, and may understandings or agreements (whether written or oral) regarding this subject matter.
