Common use of Merger; Amendments Clause in Contracts

Merger; Amendments. This Agreement and the Contract Documents, including all amendments, represents the entire and integrated agreement between the District and the Engineer, and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter contained in this Agreement. The Agreement may be amended only by written instrument executed by all parties.
