Merger and Acquisition Activities. If, after the Effective Date of this Agreement, MAO or its Affiliated Organization(s) are subject to merger and acquisition activities that may affect either its contracts with CMS or AHCCCS, then AHCCCS reserves its sole right in the best interest of the State to amend or implement other provisions of this Agreement as AHCCCS deems necessary.
