Merger and Survival. All understandings and agreements heretofore made between the parties or their respective agents or representatives are merged in this Agreement and the Exhibits hereto annexed, which alone fully and completely express their agreement, and this Agreement has been entered into after full investigation, or with the Purchaser satisfied with the opportunity afforded for investigation, neither party relying upon any statement or representation by the other unless such statement or representation is specifically embodied in this Agreement or the Exhibits annexed hereto. All the terms and provisions of Section 2.1 and Section 2.2 shall survive Closing, delivery of the deed or any termination of this Agreement.
