Merger; Attornment Sample Clauses

Merger; Attornment. The voluntary or other surrender of this Sublease by Subtenant or a mutual cancellation hereof shall not work a merger, and shall, at the option of Sublandlord, terminate all or any existing subleases or subtenancies or shall operate as an assignment to Sublandlord of such subleases or subtenancies. Any sub-sublease of the Premises shall be subject and subordinate to the provisions of this Sublease, shall not extend beyond the term of this Sublease, and shall provide that the sub-sublessee shall attorn to Sublandlord, at Sublandlord's sole option, in the event of the termination of this Sublease.
