Common use of Merger Clause Clause in Contracts

Merger Clause. This Agreement, including Exhibits A and B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, constitutes the sole agreement of the parties hereto with regard to the matters covered in this Agreement, and correctly states the rights, duties and obligations of each party as of the document’s date. Any prior agreement, promises, negotiations or representations between the parties not expressly stated in this Agreement are not binding. All subsequent modifications shall be in writing and signed by the C/CAG Chairperson. In the event of a conflict between the terms, conditions or specifications set forth herein and those in Exhibit A attached hereto, the terms, conditions or specifications set forth herein shall prevail.
