Merger, Consolidation and Transfer. The Plan shall not be merged or consolidated, in whole or in part, with any other plan, nor shall any assets or liabilities of the Plan be transferred to any other plan unless the benefit that would be payable to any affected Member under such plan if it terminated immediately after the merger, consolidation or transfer, is equal to or greater than the benefit that would be payable to the affected Member under this Plan if it terminated immediately before the merger, consolidation or transfer.
