Common use of Merger of Conditions Clause in Contracts

Merger of Conditions. The conditions set out in sections 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3 shall be conclusively deemed to have been satisfied, waived or released by the Parties on the filing of the Articles of Amalgamation with the Director and such other documents as are required to be filed under the OBCA for acceptance by the Director to give effect to the Amalgamation.

Merger of Conditions. The conditions set out in sections 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3 shall be conclusively deemed to have been satisfied, waived or released by the Parties on the filing of the Articles of Amalgamation Application with the Director Registrar and such other documents as are required to be filed under the OBCA BCBCA for acceptance by the Director Registrar to give effect to the Amalgamation.

The conditions set out in sections Section 7.1, 7.2 Section 7.2, and 7.3 Section 7.3, shall be conclusively deemed to have been satisfied, waived or released by the Parties on the filing by Interrobang and Newco of the Articles of Amalgamation with the Director Amalgamation, and such other documents as are required to be filed under the OBCA for acceptance by the Director to give effect to the AmalgamationAmalgamation and the issuance by the Director of a certificate of amalgamation.
