Common use of Merger of Corporate Trustee Clause in Contracts

Merger of Corporate Trustee. If any corporate Trustee designated to act or at any time acting hereunder is merged with or transfer substantially all of its assets to another corporation, or is in any other manner reorganized or reincorporated, the resulting or transferee corporation shall become Trustee in place of its corporate predecessor.
