Merger of Covenants. The provisions of Sections 4.1 and 4.2 hereof shall be conclusively deemed to have been satisfied in all respects upon the Registrar accepting for filing the documents required to be filed pursuant to Section 292 of the BCBCA giving effect to the Arrangement.
