Common use of Merger of Prior Agreements Clause in Contracts

Merger of Prior Agreements. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous oral or written representations, statements, documents, understandings and agreements with respect thereto.
