Common use of Merger of the Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Merger of the Administrative Agent. Any Person into which the Administrative Agent may be merged or converted or with which it may be consolidated, or any Person surviving or resulting from any merger, conversion or consolidation to which the Administrative Agent shall be a party or any Person succeeding to the commercial banking business of the Administrative Agent, shall be the successor Administrative Agent without the execution or filing of any paper or any further act on the part of any of the parties.
