Common use of Merger of the Corporate Trustee Clause in Contracts

Merger of the Corporate Trustee. Any corporation into which the Corporate Trustee may be merged, or with which it may be consolidated, or any corporation resulting from any merger or consolidation to which the Corporate Trustee shall be a party, shall be the Corporate Trustee under this Agreement without the execution or filing of any paper or any further act on the part of the parties hereto.
