Merger or Consolidation Involving Corporate Trustee. Any corporation into which a corporation acting as Trustee hereunder may be merged or with which it may be consolidated, or any corporation resulting from any merger, reorganization or consolidation to which such Trustee may be a party, will be the successor of the Trustee hereunder without the necessity of any appointment or other action, provided it does not resign and is not removed.
