Common use of Merger or Consolidation of Agent Clause in Contracts

Merger or Consolidation of Agent. Any corporation into which the Agent or any successor Agent may be merged or with which it may be consolidated or any corporation resulting from any merger or consolidation to which the Agent or any successor Agent shall be a party, or any corporation succeeding to the corporate trust business of the Agent or any successor Agent, shall be the successor to the Agent under this Agreement without the execution or filing of any paper or any further act on the part of any of the parties hereto.
