Common use of Merger or Consolidation of Bondowner Representative Clause in Contracts

Merger or Consolidation of Bondowner Representative. Any corporation or association into which the Bondowner Representative may be merged or with which it may be consolidated, or any corporation or association resulting from any merger or consolidation to which the Bondowner Representative shall be a party, or any corporation or association succeeding to the bond purchase program business of the Bondowner Representative, shall be the successor of the Bondowner Representative hereunder without the execution or filing of any paper or any further act on the part of any of the parties hereto, anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, provided that such successor Bondowner Representative shall be eligible under the provisions of Section 8.07 (other than the parenthetical contained therein).
