Common use of Merger or Consolidation of the Custodian Clause in Contracts

Merger or Consolidation of the Custodian. Any corporation, banking association or trust company into which the Custodian may be merged or converted or consolidated with, or any corporation, banking association or trust company resulting from any merger, conversion or consolidation to which the Custodian shall be a party, or any corporation, banking association or trust company succeeding to all or substantially all the corporate trust business of the Custodian, shall be the successor of the Custodian hereunder, without the execution or filing of any paper or any further act on the part of any of the parties hereto.
