Merger or Consolidation of Trustee or Fiscal Agent. Any Person into which the Trustee or Fiscal Agent may be merged or converted or with which it may be consolidated, or any Person resulting from any merger, conversion or consolidation to which such Trustee or Fiscal Agent shall be a party, or any Persons succeeding to the business of such Trustee or Fiscal Agent, shall be the successor of such Trustee or Fiscal Agent, as the case may be, hereunder, as applicable, provided that such Person shall be eligible under the provisions of Section 7.5, without the execution or filing of any paper or any further act on the part of any of the parties hereto, anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding.
