Any state bank or trust company or national banking association into which the Trustee or the Securities Administrator may be merged or converted or with which it may be consolidated or any state bank or trust company or national banking association resulting from any merger, conversion or consolidation to which the Trustee or the Securities Administrator, respectively, shall be a party, or any state bank or trust company or national banking association succeeding to all or substantially all of the corporate trust business of the Trustee or the Securities Administrator, respectively, shall be the successor of the Trustee or the Securities Administrator, respectively, hereunder, provided such state bank or trust company or national banking association shall be eligible under the provisions of Section 9.06.
