Common use of Merger or Consolidation of Trustee or the Trust Administrator Clause in Contracts

Merger or Consolidation of Trustee or the Trust Administrator. Any Person into which the Trustee or Trust Administrator may be merged or with which it may be consolidated, or any Person resulting from any merger, conversion or consolidation to which the Trustee or Trust Administrator shall be a party, or any Persons succeeding to the business of the Trustee or Trust Administrator, shall be the successor to the Trustee or Trust Administrator hereunder, without the execution or filing of any paper or any further act on the part of any of the parties hereto, anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, provided that, in the case of the Trustee, such Person shall be eligible under the provisions of Section 6.05.
