Common use of Merger or Consolidation of Trustee or Trust Administrator Clause in Contracts

Merger or Consolidation of Trustee or Trust Administrator. Any entity into which the Trustee or the Trust Administrator may be merged or converted or with which it may be consolidated, or any entity resulting from any merger, conversion or consolidation to which the Trustee or the Trust Administrator shall be a party, or any entity succeeding to the business of the Trustee or Trust Administrator, shall be the successor of the Trustee or the Trust Administrator hereunder, as applicable, provided such entity shall be eligible under the provisions of Section 8.06 and 8.08, without the execution or filing of any paper or any further act on the part of any of the parties hereto, anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding.
