Merger or Consolidation of Unit Agent. Any corporation into which the Unit Agent may be merged or with which it may be consolidated or any corporation resulting from any merger or consolidation to which the Unit Agent shall be a party shall be the successor Unit Agent under this Unit Agreement without any further act.
