Merger or Other Business Combination. If and to the extent the ------------------------------------ Option has not been fully exercised or terminated, the Company shall provide the Purchaser (or his estate or each Permitted Transferee, if applicable) with thirty (30) days notice prior to the consummation of any merger or other business combination involving the Company during the Option Term. Purchaser (or his estate or each Permitted Transferee, if applicable) shall have the right to exercise the Option and pay for the Option Stock during the thirty (30) day period after such notice, following which the Option shall terminate and become null and void.
