Merger; Subsequent Changes. This Amendment constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and all prior discussions and negotiations and agreements regarding the same are hereby merged in this Amendment. The provisions of this Amendment may be modified, waived or amended only by an agreement in writing signed by all parties.
