Buyer understands and acknowledges that: (i) an investment in the Properties involves certain risks; (ii) neither the United States Securities and Exchange Commission nor any federal, state or foreign agency has passed upon the Properties or made any finding or determination as to the fairness of an investment in the Properties or the accuracy or adequacy of the disclosures made to Buyer; and (iii) except as set forth in Section 8.1 of this Agreement, Buyer is not entitled to cancel, terminate or revoke this Agreement.
