MERS. With respect to each MERS Designated Mortgage Loan, the Seller shall, on or before the Transfer Date, designate, as directed by the Purchaser, the Purchaser, or its designee, as the servicer on the MERS(R) System. In addition, the Seller shall promptly take all other actions reasonably requested by Purchaser with respect to MERS Designated Mortgage Loans and the MERS(R) System to effectuate and evidence the transfer of servicing in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Interim Servicing Agreement.
