The Purchaser is a member of MERS in good standing, and will comply in all material respects with the rules and procedures of MERS in connection with the Purchaser’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement with respect to the Mortgage Loans, for as long as such Mortgage Loans are registered with MERS.
