Common use of Messrs Clause in Contracts

Messrs. Kaye, Xxholer, Fierman, Hays & Xandler, LLP, counsel to the Agent, shall have received payment in full for all reasonable legal fees charged, and all costs and expenses incurred, by such counsel through the Closing Date in connection with the transactions contemplated under this Agreement, the Security Documents and the other Loan Documents and instruments in connection herewith and therewith.

Messrs. Kaye, Xxholer, Fierman, Hays & Xandler, LLP, special counsel to the Agent, shall have received payment in full for of all reasonable legal fees chargedfees, and all costs and expenses incurred, by such counsel through billed on or prior to the Closing Date in connection with respect to the transactions contemplated under this Agreement, the Security Documents and the other Loan Documents and instruments in connection herewith and therewithherein contemplated.

Kaye, Xxholer, Fierman, Hays & Xandler, LLP, counsel to the Agent, shall have received payment in full for all reasonable legal fees charged, and all costs and expenses incurred, by such counsel through the Closing Date in connection with the transactions contemplated under this Agreement, the Security Documents and the other Loan Documents and instruments in connection herewith and therewith.

Kaye, Xxholer, Fierman, Hays & Xandler, LLP, counsel to the Agent, shall have received payment in full for all reasonable legal fees charged, and all costs and expenses incurred, by such counsel through the Closing Date in connection with the transactions transaction contemplated under this Agreement, the Security Documents Waiver and Consent and the other Loan Documents and instruments in connection herewith and therewith.
