Common use of Meteorological Station(s) and Reporting Requirements Clause in Contracts

Meteorological Station(s) and Reporting Requirements. Seller, at its own expense, shall install and maintain one (1) or more stand- alone meteorological stations at the Generating Facility in accordance with Exhibit T to monitor and report weather data to both the CAISO and the existing SCE weather station data collection system. The station(s) must be installed at least sixty (60) days before Initial Synchronization. The station(s) must be equipped with the Meteorological Equipment, as may be modified by SCE from time to time to reflect the CAISO’s PIRP protocol. The station(s) must be designed to collect and record data in accordance with XXXXX’s PIRP protocols. Data reports must be formatted in a manner consistent with the CAISO requirements published on the CAISO internet home page. Telemetering equipment must be designed to function in accordance with CAISO’s PIRP protocols. The station(s) must be equipped to measure and record the minimum data required by the CAISO, in the manner specified by the CAISO. Seller shall submit to SCE for review and approval, Seller’s technical specifications for the meteorological station(s) along with a site plan showing the location of the station(s), the location of all Wind Turbines, the wind rose for the Site, Solar Generating Units, Photovoltaic Modules, Current Inverters, and other prominent features, as applicable. {SCE Comment: Intermittent only.}
