Method for Adjustment. An increase or decrease in the Contract Amount and/or time resulting from a Change in the Work and/or Excusable Delay must be determined by one or more of the following methods: (i) unit prices set forth in this Contract or as subsequently agreed; (ii) a mutually accepted, itemized lump sum; or (iii) costs calculated on a basis agreed upon by Manhattan Beach USD and Chevron Energy Solutions plus a fee (either a lump sum or a fee based on a percentage of cost) to which the Parties agree.
