Method of Access Clause Samples
The "Method of Access" clause defines how parties are permitted to enter, use, or interact with a property, system, or resource covered by the agreement. Method of Access. Registry Operator reserves the right, with the approval of ICANN, to change the method of access to the Data at any time. You also agree that, in the event of significant degradation of system processing or other emergency, Registry Operator may, in its sole discretion, temporarily suspend access under this Agreement in order to minimize threats to the operational stability and security of the Internet.
Method of Access. Requestor will access data provided by the RMV via one or more of the following methods of access :
a. Obtain files from and/or exchange files with the RMV using Secure File Transfer Protocol (“SFTP”).
b. Call RMV Web Services;

Customs shall make the transition to the Australian PNR system, as defined in Article 1(f), for EU-sourced PNR data, within two years of the date of the signing of this Agreement. During that transitional period, references in this Agreement to the transfer of PNR data shall be deemed to include access to PNR data by Customs in accordance with the existing system described in paragraph 2.
2. During the transitional period Customs shall use its existing PNR system, which does not store PNR data other than in circumstances related to on-arrival examination at airports or where an offence has been committed. The existing system permits real-time, online electronic access to the data fields specified in paragraph 9 of the Annex, as contained in Air carriers' reservation systems.

You also agree that, in the event of significant degradation of system processing or other emergency, Afilias may, in its sole discretion, temporarily suspend access under this Agreement in order to minimize threats to the operational stability and security of the Internet.
Method of Access. Simplewire shall provide to Customer the following methods of access to the Simplewire Network; via Software Development Kits (SDK), via the HTTP Protocol using a web service request/response method, and/or via the Short Message Peer to Peer (SMPP) protocol. The use of specific protocols is subject to the Access Platform agreed upon in the Simplewire Access and Messaging Signup Form, or otherwise as negotiated between Simplewire and Customer. Simplewire may make other Methods of Access available in the future and such methods may be made available to Customer with or without addendums to this Agreement at Simplewire’s discretion.

Method of Access. Network Solutions reserves the right, with the approval of the U.S. Department of Commerce, which shall not unreasonably be withheld, to change the method of access to the Data at any time. You also agree that, in the event of significant degradation of system processing or other emergency, Network Solutions may, in its sole discretion, temporarily suspend access under this Agreement in order to minimize threats to the operational stability and security of the Internet and the NSI system.
