Use Prohibitions. Tenant hereby represents, warrants and agrees that Tenant's business is not and shall not be photographic, multilith or multigraph reproductions or offset printing. Anything contained herein to the contrary notwithstanding, Tenant shall not use the Premises or any part thereof, or permit the Premises or any part thereof to be used, (i) for the business of photographic, multilith or multigraph reproductions or offset printing, (ii) for a banking, trust company, depository, guarantee or safe deposit business, (iii) as a savings bank, a savings and loan association or a loan company, (iv) for the sale of travelers checks, money orders, drafts, foreign exchange or letters of credit or for the receipt of money for transmission, (v) as a "retail" stock broker's or dealer's office which shall be open to the general public (except pursuant to prior appointment), (vi) as a restaurant or bar or for the sale of confectionery, soda, beverages, sandwiches, ice cream or baked goods or for the preparation, dispensing or consumption of food or beverages in any manner whatsoever, (vii) as a news or cigar stand, (viii) as an employment agency, labor union office, physician's or dentist's office or for the rendition of any other diagnostic or therapeutic services, dance or music studio, school (except for the training of employees of Tenant), (ix) as a xxxxxx shop, beauty salon or manicure shop (x) for the direct sale, at retail, of any goods or products, (xi) for a public stenographer or typist, (xii) for a telephone or telegraph agency, telephone or secretarial service for the public at large, (xiii) for a messenger service for the public at large, (xiv) gambling or gaming activities, obscene or pornographic purposes or any sort of commercial sex establishment, (xv) for the possession, storage, manufacture or sale of alcohol, drugs or narcotics, (xvi) for the conduct of a public auction, (xvii) for the offices or business of any federal, state or municipal agency or any agency of any foreign government or (xviii) for any use that would cause the Premises to be deemed a place of public accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Nothing in this subsection B shall preclude Tenant from using any part of the Premises for photographic, multilith or multigraph reproductions in connection with, either directly or indirectly, its own business and/or activities.

Anything contained herein to the contrary notwithstanding, Tenant shall not use the Premises or any part thereof, or permit the Premises or any part thereof to be used, (i) for the business of photographic, multilith or multigraph reproductions or offset printing, (ii) as an employment agency, labor union office, physician's or dentist's office or for the rendition of any other diagnostic or therapeutic services, dance or music studio, school (except for the training of employees of Tenant), (iii) for a public stenographer or typist, (iv) for a telephone or telegraph agency, telephone or secretarial service for the public at large, (v) for a messenger service for the public at large, (vi) gambling or gaming activities, obscene or pornographic purposes or any sort of commercial sex establishment, (vii) for the possession, storage, manufacture or sale of alcohol, drugs or narcotics, (viii) for the offices or business of any federal, state or municipal agency or any agency of any foreign government or (ix) for a security or guard service, or any other business for which Landlord would not normally rent space for. If any provision of this Lease permits, in whole or in part, use involving fabrication of any product or assembly of components of any product or the sale of any product or service, such use is only permitted to the extent lawful under the present certificate of occupancy for the Building and under laws, ordinances, regulations, rules and orders of any governmental body having jurisdiction over the Premises, from time to time in effect. The provisions of this Article shall be binding upon Tenant's successors, assigns, subtenants and licensees and shall not be waived by any consent to an assignment or subletting or otherwise except by written instrument expressly referring to this Article. Nothing in this subsection B shall preclude Tenant from using any part of the Premises for photographic, multilith or multigraph reproductions in connection with, either directly or indirectly, its own business and/or activities.
Use Prohibitions. Subscriber agrees that it will not reproduce, redistribute, publish, display, retransmit, broadcast, electronically manipulate, sell, license, rent, transmit, or in any manner commercially exploit or allow anyone else to reproduce, redistribute, publish, display, retransmit, broadcast, electronically manipulate, sell, license, rent, transmit, create derivatives of, or in any manner commercially exploit the MLS Content or any portion thereof, including without limitation IDX feeds, in any format to anyone for any purpose other than the selling, listing or appraising of real estate. Under no circumstances shall Subscriber receive any form of compensation for the MLS Content or for unauthorized access to the MLS Content from any third party for any reason. Subscriber acknowledges that the MLS Content is confidential, and its use is restricted to Subscriber and shall not be Accessed or used by any parent company, subsidiary, franchisor, affiliate, or other third party.
Use Prohibitions. Participant agrees that it will not reproduce, redistribute, publish, display, retransmit, broadcast, electronically manipulate, create derivative works or enhancements, sell, license, rent, transmit, or in any manner commercially exploit or allow anyone else to reproduce, redistribute, publish, display, retransmit, broadcast, electronically manipulate, sell, license, rent, transmit or in any manner commercially exploit any Content in any format to anyone for any purpose other than the selling, listing or appraising of real estate except as expressly set forth in this Agreement or as provided in the MLS Rules. Under no circumstances shall Participant receive any form of compensation for Content from any third party. Participant acknowledges that the Content is confidential and its use is restricted to Participant and its authorized Staff.
Use Prohibitions. Licensee shall have the non-exclusive use of those portions of Licensor's Premises necessary to access the Licensed Premises solely to access the Licensed Premises. Licensee shall use the Licensed Premises in such a way as to not materially interfere with Licensor's use and enjoyment of the Licensor's Premises.
Use Prohibitions. NLSA agrees that it will not reproduce, redistribute, publish, display, retransmit, broadcast, electronically manipulate, sell, license, rent, transmit, or in any manner commercially exploit or allow anyone else to reproduce, redistribute, publish, display, retransmit, broadcast, electronically manipulate, sell, license, rent, transmit or in any manner commercially exploit the MLS Content or any portion thereof in any format to anyone for any purpose. Under no circumstances shall NLSA receive any form of compensation for the MLS Content or for unauthorized access to the MLS Content from any third party for any reason. NLSA acknowledges that the MLS Content is confidential, and its use is restricted to NLSA. NLSA understands and acknowledges it is strictly prohibited from using the MLS Content in any products and/or services, including any derivative products, and is only authorized to use the MLS Content in its capacity as Participant’s assistant.
Use Prohibitions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the license provided herein does not permit the Customer to, and Customer agrees not to and shall not: (a) modify, unbundle, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Software; (b) make unauthorized copies of the Software (except as necessary for backup purposes); (c) rent, sell, transfer, or grant any rights in and to any copy of the Software, in any form, to any third party; (d) remove any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on or in any copy of the Software or any product in which the Software is embedded; and (e) distribute any copy of the Software to any third party, including as may be embedded in ASTI devices sold in the secondhand market.
Use Prohibitions. Participant agrees that it will not, and will not allow any third-party to, copy, download, reproduce, redistribute, publish, display, retransmit, broadcast, electronically manipulate, sell, license, rent, transmit, create derivatives of, or in any manner commercially exploit the MLS Compilation or any portion thereof, in any format to anyone for any purpose other than the selling, listing, or appraising of real estate. Information in the MLS Compilation and NCBR Services cannot be used to create a competing database or service. Under no circumstances shall Participant receive any form of compensation for the MLS Compilation, except as part of Participant’s ordinary real estate brokerage services, nor may Participant receive any compensation for unauthorized access to the MLS Compilation from any third-party for any reason. Participant acknowledges that the MLS Compilation is confidential and its use is restricted to Participant and Participant’s authorized Staff and Subscribers. Participant shall not disclose the MLS Compilation to any third-party, except as permitted in the Rules or other NCBR policy.
Use Prohibitions. Subscriber agrees that it will not reproduce, redistribute, publish, display, retransmit, broadcast, electronically manipulate, sell, license, rent, transmit, or in any manner commercially exploit or allow anyone else to reproduce, redistribute, publish, display, retransmit, broadcast, electronically manipulate, sell, license, rent, transmit or in any manner commercially exploit the MLS Database or any portion thereof in any format to anyone for any purpose other than the selling, listing or appraising of real estate. Under no circumstances shall Subscriber receive any form of compensation for the MLS Database, except as part of Subscriber’s real estate brokerage services, nor may Subscriber receive any compensation for unauthorized access to the MLS Database from any third party for any reason. Subscriber acknowledges that the MLS Database is confidential and its use is restricted to Subscriber.
Use Prohibitions. Mannatech shall not use the Licensed Technology, the Licensed Business Information, or the advertising materials except as expressly permitted in this Agreement.
