Method of Asserting Claims, Etc. A Party making a claim for indemnification under this section 8 shall, for the purposes of this Agreement, be referred to as the “Indemnified Party” and the Party or Parties against whom such claim is asserted under this section 8 shall, for the purposes of this Agreement, be referred to as the “Indemnifying Party”.
