Common use of Method of Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Method of Disclosure. Information disclosed in written form or electronically transmitted shall be considered Confidential Information only if it contains the legend "Confidential." Information disclosed in other-than-written form shall be Confidential Information only if the disclosing Party states that the disclosure is confidential at the time it is made and sends the recipient of the information a written summary, with an appropriate confidentiality legend, of the information so disclosed within thirty (30) days thereafter.
