Method of Dispute Resolutions. This Agreement shall be subject to the relevant laws of the People’s Republic of China and the interpretations thereof. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by the dispute resolution mechanism in Article 6.2 of the Exclusive Purchase Option Agreement.
