Method of Exercise of Warrants. The right to purchase Shares conferred by the Warrants may be exercised by the Holder of such Warrant by surrendering it to the Company, with a duly completed and executed subscription in the form attached thereto and cash, bank draft, certified cheque or money order payable to or to the order of the Company at par in Vancouver, British Columbia, for the aggregate Exercise Price applicable at the time of surrender in respect of the Shares subscribed for in lawful money of the United States of America.
