Method of Issuance of Letters of Credit. The Borrower shall give the Issuing Lender notice substantially in the form of Exhibit A-3 to this Agreement (a "Letter of Credit Request") of the requested issuance or extension of a Letter of Credit prior to 1:00 P.M. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the proposed date of the issuance or extension of Standby Letters of Credit (which shall be a Domestic Business Day) (or such shorter period as may be agreed by the Issuing Lender in any particular instance), specifying the date such Letter of Credit is to be issued or extended and describing the terms of such Letter of Credit and the nature of the transactions to be supported thereby. Method of Issuance of Letters of Credit.
