Method of Recordkeeping Clause Samples

Method of Recordkeeping. All of the LLC's books of account shall at all times be maintained at the principal office of the LLC and shall be open to the inspection and examination of the Members or their representatives during reasonable hours. All books and records of the LLC shall be kept on an accrual basis of accounting with an annual accounting period ending December 31, except for the final accounting period which shall end on the date of the final dissolution or termination of the LLC. All references in this Agreement to a "fiscal year" are to such an annual accounting period.

All references in this Agreement to a "Fiscal Year" are to such an annual accounting period.
