Methodology for Individual Awards. Monetary relief for Class Members shall be distributed in accordance with the methodology set forth in Exhibit E (Methodology) and the provisions of this Settlement Agreement. Calculation and distribution of the amount due each Class Member shall be the responsibility of Class Counsel, the Claims Administrator, and the Claims Allocator. The Agency is not responsible for any aspects of the calculation and distribution and shall not be held liable for any aspects of the calculation and distribution of individual awards.
