Methods; Addresses. All notices, requests and demands to be made hereunder to the parties hereto shall be in writing and shall be given by any of the following means: (i) personal service; (ii) electronic communication, whether by telex, telegram or telecopying (if confirmed in writing sent by registered or certified, first class mail, return receipt requested); or (iii) registered or certified, first class mail, return receipt requested. Such addresses may be changed by notice to the other parties given in the same manner as provided above.
